Work and life balance, though this can vary widely depending on department. Benefits are good, health insurance is cheap, and vision care is excellent. It can be a very fun place to work, as projects come through at a steady pace, keeping one involved in their daily work.

Cons

Lack of strategic thinking, and a culture of mediocrity. Morale is quite low. It is very very important to be plugged into the right people.
