Pros

#1 brand in the market, there is no other entertainment company that has the market prestige or market power than warner. this is not to be understated - this power enables them access to the best talent and positions them well with major customers. within wb, there are challenges but also a lot of opportunities to succeed. they are very loyal to their people, which means that you essentially get tenure although it is informal. there is also a lot of dead wood and bureaucracy as a result. i would recommend warner to anyone simply based on the brand. overall a good place to work.

Pros

Warner Bros has a strong brand name and hires very talented people. The committment to the company is apparent. Many people will work long hours and stay late to do amazing work. It's a fun place to work. People love the brand and they get to stretch themselves to work on cool project. They hire very talented people and have many clubs you can be a part of like the triathlon team or Toastmasters. These groups help to build the spirit of the employees that work there. WB truly makes an effort to diversify their workforce. They try to recruit people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

They do a good job of considering internal employees for advancement, but they do not spend a lot of time to developing employees. Managers see employees as being committed to their team and do not want to "give up" their employees for the growth of the business. Another downside is that WB is not very innovative. They get stuck in processes that were established a long time ago and they do not change easily. Upper level management is not focused on changing the business, instead the business is very top heavy and they could manage better by cutting out a lot of senior executives and hiring more talented lower level staff.
