Pros

Best reason is very short commute.

Cons

Pulled to do other duties that are above your current pay grade and will not be compensated for. Stress level is high since it is next to impossible to complete all your duties you are responsible for on a daily or weeky basis. Management is always pulling employees away from their responsiblities inorder to fulfill some other unrelated duty in other departments. Then management will later coach or yell at these same employees for not doing their responsiblities on time.
