Pros

Pays better than most retailers, offers better benefits and compensation

Cons

Your quality life will be very poor. If you're not working 10-12+ hours everyday, coming in on your days off, you will not be successful here. The schedule offers no stability. Holidays, weekends, late nights - prepare to not see your friends or family or being able to plan anything in your life. On your days off, anything that goes wrong, you will be messaged about it or called. Instead of other managers handling whatever crises or conflict that came up, they just try to get you in trouble. There can be 10-12 assistant managers, 2-3 co-managers in each store. And everyone is trying to get promoted to become a store manager - the only problem is, spots are limited. People become very competitive and nasty behind the scenes in order to get ahead. Most managers only last a couple years before being fired or quitting or demoted. There's never enough staff to get the job, you try your best to fill the gaps. And you're reminded that you're replaceable constantly as a threat and a warning. Fear is how the stores are run for the management team.
