Pros

Steady overnight hours, still profitable in terrible economy, profit bonuses are given to all employees based on hours, GED help, great contributions to the economy

Cons

not flexible, incompetent managers, very unprofessional regarding promotions, very racist and sexist, also not very gay-friendly from what Ive seen

It's what you make it

Pros

Discount applied to shopping except groceries, ability to transfer as needed, ability to change job positions , and chance to do volunteer work.

Cons

Black Friday is really the main reason it's a disadvantage. Everyone comes to the store looking for the best deals. Also sometimes co-workers will call out and make your shift's workload that much harder.
