Pros

Flexible scheduling. Willing to work with you. Easy work. Employee discount card. Really helps on GM purchases like toiletries, hardware, and automotive necessities. Decent meals for free if you work holidays. Photo lab (where i worked) was a lot of fun, especially when we got to make photo gifts.

Cons

Bad pay. Some managers rude and incompetent. Bad clientele. Managers will randomly cut hours and give no straight reason why. Can get stressful if people don't show up for their shifts. Lots of turn-overs/walkouts.

The people are amazing, they treat you like family, they really do care about you and what's going on in your life. They work with your availability

Cons

The customers are sometimes awful, the hours are sometimes long, no one likes working holidays but you are required to do so.
