Pros

Opportunities to move up are there, available for you. You get a MyShare bonus twice a year.

Cons

Management is blind and doesn't see what you've accomplished until its too late; or someone else has taken credit for it.

Pros

they appreciate your work even if they don't reward you.

Cons

You have to take care of so many things at the same time and you don't even get time to take a lunch break on time.

Pros

Friendly co-workers. Photo lab customers are great!

Cons

Managers are not nice. They can be very difficult to work for. When a full time employee leaves, Wal-Mart hires part time employees to replace them so they don't have to give out benefits. Store is understaffed even though they have the staff to work. Very rare to get a Full time job there when hired and even after working Ther a while.
