Great place to work

Pros

It will depend on the center, but as they are small structures, proactive members of staff will be able to seek extra responsibility within the organisation. The rates of pay are competitive within the market place here in Geneva. It is an excellent school for sales to learn the trade and for young teachers to get to grips in an environment with support and material prepared. Pearson's recent purchase means the future is bright with large scale investment across the board including pedagogical materials. Last but not least, its also a great environment seeing the students making real progress toward their goals.

Cons

It depends on your role, however if you are is a sales role you need to be able to take personal responsibility for your results (as in most sales roles, if you like finding excuses then don't go for a sales job). Teachers can lack a challenge after a certain period of time as the method and classes are prepared for you, however here are normally a number of private lessons and exam preps to allow creativity if you search for that. All staff need to be ready to commit to evening work as that is when our clients are available.

An exciting company

Pros

WSI has dynamic leadership and a very forward-looking strategy. They dominate the markets where they operate through excellent service, student follow-up and agressive sales strategies.

Cons

There are not a huge number of down-sides, although the teaching staff could be paid more. More support could be provided to schools that are within the franchisee network.
