Pros

A good job for new teachers to learn the ropes. Most co-workers are exceptionally friendly. Management, at the time, was fantastic; understanding, hard-working, and exceptionally helpful in settling into the job. (Not sure if this is still true). Student behaviour isn't a problem, and your schedule will rarely change. There's plenty of time to prepare as needed for each day.

Cons

The 'hands on' co-owner doesn't listen to managers/head teachers/etc, and as a result, improvements to the company don't happen. There's little room for career growth as a teacher. Long days, and a salary that could be higher. (as part of a chain, this is to be expected)
