Pros

There is little preparation for lessons because the content is provided for you. There are opportunities to meet interesting adult students at varying levels so it can be a dynamic job if you are comfortable with working with different levels. Management has an open door policy and overall there is good communication.

Cons

It can be corporate and doesn't always have room to grow. The salary stays the same after years of working there. Teachers are great but don't see each other often since there are different shifts, so there aren't many chances to work together. Also, the shifts are usually in the afternoon and evenings due to the nature of the work, but at times these shifts are split.
