Great place to work, especially in the Investment Consulting practice

Office was a great environment to be in. They really work at having a great work-life balance. Colleagues were also great to work with.

Cons

Base pay was lower than other companies, but you could make this up in your year end bonus.

Excellent company, but going through transitional period after merger.

Pros

Great benefits, smart people to work with. If you are good at what you do, you will get rewarded for it, and you will have opportunities to do additional work.

Cons

Merger from 1/1/2010 is impacting associates on the inside, although client perspectives remain that merger has gone well. Reality is that change hasn't really happened yet, the two organizations are still operationally and systematically separate until the end of 2011. Should cause additional turmoil until at least 2012.
