Pros
Willis is a large company with many technial areas. Any person with a drive to succeed and a strong work ethic would do very well. With Willis it's truly all about what you put into it. The IT leadership recognizes those persons that go above and beyond and gives them the opportunities to succeed.
Cons
Willis is in the midst of a power struggle between its UK and North American operations. There are opposing phylosophies at play. These cultural differences cause a constant headache on both sides making real progress twice as hard as it should be.
