Pros

Willis was pretty flexible with working hours and allowed employees to work from home often. Willis is small and has much potential for growth.

Cons

Willis employees lacked basic organizational skills. Projects were started and abandoned at random, meetings were long and meandering, clients were frustrated with unclear communication and constant lateness. Employees who felt underpaid abused expense accounts and the lack of diversity in this all boys club is pretty astounding.
