      * Large global firm with a respected name * Opportunities in dozens of business-related functions * Sprawling community that is active in giving back locally * Decent opportunity for upward mobility

      * Lack of communication between departments * Normal struggles associated with merger still apparent several years later * Inconsistent processes from office to office

      Pros

      If you work hard and you are in focus of management you will have a fast career, a lot of different work opportunities is a good chance to learn a lot, those who give a clear commitment get support in development opportunities

      Cons

      high pressure although the company is very healthy, those few at the top of the company have a high bonus when the normal employees have to suffer in bonus. The development program isn't structured. the management isn't able to say thank you to the employees.

      Pros

      They train extremely well. Makes sure all customer service reps and insurance salesman are well equipped to help out any customer. They pay for the health/life insurance test and give you study material. Its a excellent work environment. All managers and supervisors are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Takes a while before they make you permanent so you go months without knowing if your job is secure.
