Pros

Great people - top quality associates who are highly engaged and take pride in their work. Impressive book of business - many of the top Fortune 500 companies Strong centralized support for intellectual capital development, senior leadership does a great job keeping an eye on the market and proactively acting on a changing benefits environment

Cons

Expectations of TW clients and Senior Management are high - this is a very fast paced environment and balancing work and life can sometimes be difficult (but not impossible). This job is not for everyone!

Cons

Toxic environment in the local office. Still an us-versus-them attitude toward the legacy HRH employees, even after 4+ years, and it starts at the top. Now that the claw-back provision of bonuses has been removed, expect to see a lot more people from both sides heading out the door.
