      Cons

      1. No upskilling 2. Stuck in AutoCAD and linework in this 3D,4D.....nD era 3. Recruit engineers and make them to do CAD job which even a ITI and polytechnic guy can do. 4. Hikes are peanuts. 5. Piles of works will be given to employees. 6. Every meeting consists of an agenda regarding health and safety but nowadays Management is no at all caring for employees health... What the hell is commanding them to work on weekends and committing unrealistic deadlines and make people to work on weekends without consent. 7. Your concerns will not be addressed. 8. Working from office doesn't load the files and if we raise this concern then management will ask us to work from home and finish the tasks.

      Decent pay, fairly diverse workload, hybrid position

      Cons

      Performance solely based on utilization (working on projects), even if you don't have enough to work on or there isn't enough budget for projects. Bullying wasn't taken very seriously. A senior scientist I had to work with regularly made unprofessional comments and put others down instead of teaching and encouraging. Felt pressured to not speak up. Very short notice to travel for fieldwork, sometimes for a week at a time. Often uncertain of schedule. Lack of appreciation and recognition for work.

      Pros

      Fun, skilled, motivated colleagues. Very good immediate leadership. Senior leadership seems to care about individuals. Equity Diversity and Inclusion seems like an important thing.

      Cons

      Amalgamation with two other companies not going as smooth as it should be. Senior leadership can sometimes be a bit detached and unrealistic.
