Terrible Big Box firm

Pros

After working for two great, smaller companies that were bought by WSP I can honestly say there is not a single redeeming quality about this company.

Cons

A massive Bog Box where upper management is is only concerned with acquisitions and couldn't care less about the companies they purchase. Upper management os so detached from daily operations that this company is literally a rudderless ship...with a sweet web page.

Pros

Size of company. When you get fed up with the same report/meetings 5 times a week, you can go work for another group and have different talking points at the same mundane meetings until you get bored of them too...

Cons

All of their "benefits" they keep promoting are for their P11's *upper management* and higher. "Oh well if employee contributed their max, they would save more"... yeah. if you didn't slash our salary by 30%, maybe i could afford to contribute more....

Pros

Decent work culture (great company events, happy hour Fridays, and general camaraderie, though I've heard this has changed under new management) Training (some companies don't offer training) Great benefits (health, 401K, sick leave) Summer Fridays CSA shares offered to employees (freshly delivered fruit & vegetables for cheap prices)

Cons

Office Politics & nepotism from management Age discrimination (pushing out older workers) Lack of communication Company culture not as good as it once was due to trying to impress new management Unclear responsibilities and not giving new emloyees a chance to prove their worth
