Big company, very structured, work culture is usually office specific, industry standard benefits, work sharing between offices

Cons

Politics among different departments and same department different geographic area, If you are a part of a small group then you may have to struggle for everything. Some people are treated differently based on their ability to woo upper management.

My superiors are very supportive. They guide and support me until I got my P. Eng designation. A very recommendable company to work with.
