      Pros

      Opportunity to work on interesting, high-profile projects throughout multiple geographies. Most employees are highly motivated and passionate about their careers.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't the greatest. Bonuses are rarely given, even to employees who have received stellar annual reviews. Sometimes it's hard to tell who is in charge at higher levels within the company. Multiple reorg's and acquisitions in the last five years contribute to this.
