• Decent pay • Friendly coworkers • Good benefits

Cons

• Outdated facilities full of bugs and broken office equipment. • Scattered and disorganized leadership from facility and admin director. • Constantly changing management hierarchy and protocols, which made standards difficult to achieve as they were in a state of flux. • Negligent management - admin team was understaffed and unsupported which fed a company culture of low team morale. • Literally had admins recommending I drink in my car to cope with the stress.

Resume building. WSP is on many large and impressive projects.

Cons

Just about everything. WSP has been buying up companies for years. I’ve seen dozens of great hard working colleagues leave. This company is effectively working like a private equity firm has purchased it. Stockholder value is paramount. This achieved through treating workers poorly.
