      There is no clear policy for all employees: There some with kind o privileges (can work from their home country for weeks and for some must be 100% on site) same company, different departments.The same applies for visa, salary range and etc...

      Having worked at Volvo with a consultant contract has had the following pros: - More hours, less pay than Volvo contracted employees. -Same job, different (worse) contracts between employees -No benefits – pure freedom. -Special treatment – in all the wrong ways. -Daily drama

      Having worked at Volvo with a consultant contract has had the following cons: - Different types of contacts and unequal treatment despite same role. - Most of employees are burned out and under-supported. Initiatives to combat these are laughable.
