      After working for Volvo for over 20 plus years any decision from management seems to always be the wrong one. They preach that they care about your mental health but then force you to work mandatory overtime. For over 7 Months! They are always understaffed and only care about their 5b results. Meaning doing more with less people = Long hours and less home time.
