      There is a culture of care, your managers will listen to you. You can reach anyone without hesitation.

      Cons

      Managers will listen to you but that doesn't mean they will take actions. You may have to do things which are not very clearly referred in your job description. Since they are not written, they don't contribute to your performance indicators.
