      High performers recognized and rewarded. Depending on manager they can be very flexible. A lot of opportunity for growth. Good pay for area. Global travel in right positions. Ability to have a large impact on business at all levels. Very open management. Great intern program that develops you and treats you as a full time employee and gives you a very good real world experience. Top interns are almost always retained.

      Cons

      Location. Very hard to get in through direct hire. If you have the opportunity to come in through temp agency or internship, put your head down and be patient as they fill most direct hires through current temps. Location. Lack of strategy at working level so you're always shifting focus. Location. Projects take way to long due to policy and red tape. Spend more time and money following the processes then on actual development or implementation. Location. Great work life balance for most, but high performers get overloaded with work. Location.
