Have been working here for 7+ years. Good work life balance, sometimes you get to work what you look for. Most of the people are in there comfort zone.

Cons

There is hardly any growth. Lot of partiality, groupism is there which might allow only few people to grow based on the network they establish. As mentioned earlier people are in there comfort zone and wont take risk trying new things.
