      Pros

      - High emphasis on work life balance - People are very helpful and friendly - Open culture most of the times - Very inclusive environment at all levels - Lots of trainings offered depending on which department you work for

      Cons

      - Growth might become stagnant - Quite relaxed atmosphere, which can sometimes make one too comfortable - Salary is not upto industry standard

      Pros

      Friendly people and willing to help. Mistake for forgiving for the most part and opportunity to get in to the IT field. Great Benefits. Military friendly.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity's to move out form the service desk. If you start there very few get out. I had to leave the company to move into Application Development. No Accountability. Easy to be a lazy person and do nothing in your job and stay employed for a long time.
