      Relaxed work environment is a big plus along with global work nature.

      Cons

      Collaboration between employees is not good. People do not think they are working for Volvo Group. People are more concerned about their vertical which creates negative pressures.

      - High emphasis on work life balance - People are very helpful and friendly - Open culture most of the times - Very inclusive environment at all levels - Lots of trainings offered depending on which department you work for

      Cons

      - Growth might become stagnant - Quite relaxed atmosphere, which can sometimes make one too comfortable - Salary is not upto industry standard
