      Pros

      Volvo is a good company for the people who are lazy and doesn't want to upgrade to the new technologies.

      Cons

      Not a good company for people to grow in career. Worst management ever seen in my professional culture. Company work culture is like govt office. Rewards and recognition are based on seniority and not on skills and efforts.
