Great company culture and employee relationship. A great place to work and live. Work life balance. Get to know a lot of people in the work. You can just book anybody's time for a chat, including company CEO if you dare to, so you make a lot of friends. There is cutting-edge culture development program and activities for personal development in soft skill competencies, and get yourself more connected and grow your leadership.

Cons

The pace is too slow in terms of decision or business transformation in many areas. You get personal development only when you care about the career path development, plan for it, and get executed. The training courses cover many business area and is having good quality. But the contents might not be the most updated.

Very nice working environment. People from other department were very friendly and approachable.

The office is located at joo koon and if you miss the transport it's quite inconvenient
