The collaboration and experience with key team members allows Volvo/Mack Trucks to stay near the top of the trucking industry. Employee input at all levels is encouraged in order to constantly work on process improvement.

Cons

I have no cons to say about working for Volvo/Mack Trucks. My position has been relocated to Volvo North American HQ in Greensboro, NC, and while I was offered a significant increase to relocate with the job position, my preference is to remain in the Lehigh Valley, PA area (or near vicinity).
