Volvo is an excellent company to work for. They really take care of the individuals working here and the benefits are very good. There are many opportunities globally for those who are driven.

Cons

The company is not so aggressive in pushing employees to meet goals. For most employees, the bonus structure is not based on personal performance. It is based on broad company goals that can be difficult to influence.
