      Growth in terms of positions and roles. Unwanted politics within teams and managers Few undeserving managers ruining the complete environment Cost cutting is a never ending process and big concern, as it impacts employees annual hikes, outings and bunuses.

      International structure, Best in class IT methods and tools, multi-cultural organization and good private life-work balance. Excellent opportunities for technical development for youngers

      Cons

      Bad executive management team, low decision making level. Poor efficiency of the organization and overall performance of teams can be highly improved. But maybe 2 big organisation changes in 3 years can explain the situation... Last but not least, key manager positions are in Sweden.
