      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Lots of talented people. New CEO is from outside the company. Ahead of some competitors with some technologies.

      Cons

      Top-heavy organization. Very cyclical industry. Integration of acquisitions over the past 15 years has been half-baked and should not take so long to complete.

      Pros

      Flex-time. Flexibility around work. Training programs are available. There is an intern advisory board that allows you to talk about anything with the advisor and other fellow interns. Women advancement is near impossible (14% women in management roles). Management needs to change. Laissez-Faire does not work. Overall, purchasing has a great group of people. Most of the talented, skilled people are stuck with all the work.

      Management is out of line.
