International environment even though I am working in China, all the people uses English daily which is a plus Friendly and professional colleagues

Nothing that I can think of except workplaces is a bit far from downtown

Correct wages. Used to be a very nice place to work in. International drive, even if it changed lately.

Cons

Company changed a lot since a trust fund took over. No culture anymore, no strategy, high pressure on very short term perspectives.
