Nothing really. Don't work here if you can find an alternative

Cons

There's nothing in this company that employees look forward to. It's a bad company not because of a toxic leadership. It's a bad company because of the boring tasks and awful pay. All you'll do in this place is accomplish mundane tasks that do not require much brain power. Then, you'll get paid appropriately, which is a low salary since the tasks are so easy anyway.

Pros

Vistage's culture is one of the best reasons to work here. I find employees ideas are taken seriously and everyone actively contributes to the larger company mission. We really practice what we preach in terms of leadership and coaching by hosting Employee Development Days and career pathing conversations. I've had the opportunity to develop myself as a professional by attending conferences, taking the reigns on larger initiatives and exposure to areas I'm not yet an expert in. Our teams work cohesively and collaboratively to get the job done and enjoy the process while we're at it.

Cons

I really couldn't say a bad thing about Vistage if I tried. We're all committed to making each other and the business better than it already is!

There are no pros but tons of cons. I would never that I liked it here. I didn't even like a minute here.

THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY WAS TERRIBLE. THEY WERE ARROGANT AND HAD A RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE ABOUT TRANSPARENCY. They never communicated important things with the staff, leading to chaos and confusion. It was horrible. BEWARE!
