Vistage's culture is one of the best reasons to work here. I find employees ideas are taken seriously and everyone actively contributes to the larger company mission. We really practice what we preach in terms of leadership and coaching by hosting Employee Development Days and career pathing conversations. I've had the opportunity to develop myself as a professional by attending conferences, taking the reigns on larger initiatives and exposure to areas I'm not yet an expert in.
