My colleagues are all great and nice people.

Cons

I have no idea how I got in this company in the first place. I was looking for a decent job, but I found this company that engages in shady stuff. The management teaches the employees to do some unethical stuff and practices, and you have no choice but to comply and incorporate these techniques. I regretted working and wasting my time in this company.
