      good work-life balance (in 3 years i was ask to work extra at most 7 times and got free hours compensation) very seldom deadlines work from home up to 2 days per week

      Cons

      salary raise is not in accordance with quality of your work, how hard-working you are and direct team manager has little influence in this process
