- Competitive pay - 25 days Vacation/year - 150% overtime pay - Flexible work hours - Plenty of seminars/lectures to attend that gives flex hours - Great pension/insurance plan - Lots of interesting projects

Pros

Great colleagues. Thrives especially with the entrepreneurial culture and that it is a flat organization. Also think that Visma has an ability to mix senior managers but still manages to give more junior employees to take the next step within the organization.

Cons

Some customers and possibles employees don't know what our services and our culture are.
