A lot of differences between countries. The team you will work in locally might not have an engineer and programming culture. In the interview always ask about the churn rate (add outside country team members) to get an idea how often people leave that particular team. Ask if there is a team lead locally. I have seen that other teams are nicer and easier to work with.

- While working with projects you can still find majority of requirements written in norvegian language - If you’re the one from different company who have joined the conference call where rest of stakeholders are from other site - they’ll talk in native language - Company doesn’t have culture to run all meetings and keep critical information (requirements, acceptance criteria) in english language
