Pros

Started as a Sales Consultant and was promoted multiple times. Good pay for the market

Cons

I am in an abusive relationship with my job...Expect to work long hours (12 hour days 6 days a week on average), be berated by the CEO for reasons insignificant to the overall performance of a site and loose all semblance of a personal life just to get a pat on the back at the end of the day. Not asking for money or recognition, just more realistic goals with better tools to achieve them.

Besides the work events, there really aren’t any.

Cons

Very “snake-like” environment. It’s normal to gossip about others just to try to get ahead. Every move is pre-calculated. The pay is awfully low for what we do in comparison to industry standards. Your expectations are so high but your paycheck does not reflect it. No work / life balance. Flexibility doesn’t exist within Village Green. If you are not a top performing site / individual, expect upper management to try to find a way to push you out or send you to a “bad site”.
