While we understand the day to day varies due to the nature of the industry, working directly with people daily and problem solving for our resident's concerns or recommendations. We have development plans, mentorships and live classes to help associates learn best practices and share new ideas to be efficient as possible through the work day to hit those metrics and avoid extra hours.
