      -Free development courses offered yet required -Wide communication with all Village Green locations -Company social parties regionally -Bonuses offered to top performers -Potential to transfer to other locations

      Cons

      -If a property sells, and there's no position for you, you cannot claim unemployment -Level of work depends on the property ownership, so it depends on your location -Depending on your property, resident complains can be the most stressful part

It cannot be said enough how much appreciation Village Green has for the site teams working with the residents every day to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. It is not easy and takes great patience, kindness and critical thinking. Our hope is that some of the classes offered will provide helpful tools and best practices to aide in your everyday.

      I have tons of pros. I have worked in 3 regions so far and have had great experiences in all 3! Village Green offers excellent benefits, competitive pay and training programs to help you continue to grow. VG is always taking on new assets and continue build their portfolios! This means that there are so many opportunities to move up. There is constant support and resources. I have truly enjoyed going to work every single day and have built many relationships within Village Green. If you are looking to move up the later Village Green makes it fail proof! They are constantly acknowledging hard work and strong work ethics. It is really simple. If you work hard, have strong work ethic, continue to want to learn and grow…Village Green will make sure to take care of you. They definitely have taken great care of me. I started out in the Michigan region as an assistant manager, immediately went into the Manager in Training Program and actually got my own site before graduation.
