Big company beware a favoritism

They do give a full week of in-house training and set you up with a mentor.

Cons

-Favoritism - Regionals clearly not all but some are so stressed out that they now listen to gossip instead of being a leader. - give you so much and expect it all to be done with no help. - if you are sick and have a doctor's note still get fired. - when fired you won’t get any unemployment they will make sure of it - hard to hire so you may end up working alone and doing the work of 5.
