Have worked with some great associates. Truly have some great properties.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. Lack of communication throughout the company, especially at the site level. Policy changes constantly. Lack of support for associates. No positive reinforcement, you are expected to work insane hours for lackluster pay. Favoritism runs rampant. I've seen many long term employees forced out by middle management and replaced with young, uneducated morons for less money. Bonus structure one of the worst in the industry. No respect for life outside of work. Little to no room for advancement unless you work out of the corporate office.

Cons

Ownership not taking responsibility for failing properties, which in turn falls on the staff. If they site is not performing to the expectations of the management the office staff's job becomes that much harder.

Cons

There are not merit reviews. No matter how much you work; it is never enough to gain personal and/or professional respect. A drive to succeed and personal work ethic is wasted, if you are not in the "in crowd". Salary is very low. If you don't work overtime, you can't even afford to live where you work.
