Benefits, Flexible Hours, Fun People, Training, It is easy to move up within the company, great commission structure, easy but entertaining work.

Cons

Management is not very professional and is not trained well to manage a team. It seems that management is more business oriented and leaves out the required training on how to manage employees. Also, onsite management tends to make up their own rules that are against policy.

Pros

Fast paced position and a fun work environment. Great vacation time of 3 weeks. Best properties and excellent training and support. Opportunity for advancement. Company is impressively organized and well run for being privately owned.

Cons

401k only matches 25%. Sales makes comparable, if not more, than management positions so difficult to move up in pay.
