VG encourages continued education and provides ample opportunity for professional development via webinars, hands-on training, and classes offered through 3rd parties and the University of Village Green. A strong work ethic is rewarded and also assumed because of the company's dedication to training. That assumption of performance has provided opportunity to expand in the Midwest and promote internally. I personally welcomed relocation throughout St. Louis, Chicago, and Detroit portfolios in order to advance my career. Most importantly, prospect and resident satisfaction remains the main priority.
