Pros
There is nothing that is good about this company. The management is very rude and very demanding. Management is only there for their benefit.
Cons
The money is good but not worth the aggravation. They charge you Uniform fees even when your not Maintenance Dept. and don't have a uniform. Regional and Area Director are always very demanding. The management does not know what they're doing because the company is constantly changing rules and policies. The properties are rehabs and in need of a lot of attention and the owners does not want to invest money. Sales consultants have to do most of the Managerial work. You will spend most of your day doing reports than actually leasing. My advice to anyone who is looking to work for this company is don't waste your time. They will tell you one thing when you get hired on and then another after hire.
