Pros

Good starting point for entry level managers. Met some good managers there. Good benefits and decent salaries.

Cons

Upper management does not want to really fix problems at site level. They try to micro manage everything. Put wrong people in charge of things they know nothing about. Deceitful to clients about things going on at construction sites.

Pros

Pay is comparable, quarterly bonus program. The site staff is great. And their free education programs are a nice touch.

Cons

They work you to death, no work/life balance. If you ask for help they blow you off and don't even respond. I've easily worked 45-50+ work weeks to keep caught up because I only have one leasing agent and they need their days off in exchange for working weekends. The property should also have a pt agent. And they don't seem to care that we are feeling overwhelmed. I've worked the past three weekends to cover. And was able to take one day off day in exchange. Minimal training given. Feel like I was set up to fail. The area directors have a lot of sites they over see and I see that they are also overwhelmed. It's just not a well run management company. I am moving in to a new role and hope that this is a better run community and project. If not I'm leaving!!

Pros

Meeting new people and the residents are great. The pay could be better but it's nice it get a bonus every quarter.

Cons

Long hours. Life work balance is very difficult. Job is stressful. No assistant was given. I was promised one, but it never happened. You do a lot of work with little credit or thanks.
