      -great pay -aggressive commission structure -plenty of PTO -GREAT benefits with flexibility -team mentality -very little micromanagement

      Cons

      -can be a bit slow and boring, but it is work -currently remote, job is easily accomplished remote and should stay that way -a bit archaic in their policies, but they do allow room for discussion and flexibility

      - Good Insurance - Good Product and market segment - Nice office location and plenty of parking

      Cons

      - Sr Management is all about bonuses and hitting personal targets; even if it means stepping on or over anyone else. - No clear path to promotion and favoritism is rampant. - Many managers or exec are on the look for quick successes, in order to stand out and get a nicer position and more $$$ at another affiliate.
